We ran 4 times around Central Park with Carlos and Alex doing 5 miles each time under 55 minutes. The weather has been extremely hot and humid giving us a hard time.
Niki and Rosa have confirmed they will run with us the BA marathon next 10/10/10!

Running well!!!
We've been running with Carlos around Central Park on 5 and 6 miles runs 3 times a week!
I haven't been documenting the facts as I use to because of time constrains but will try to get back to the old habit as soon as possible.

5 miles (8 Km) cool morning
We ran 5 miles with Carlos on Tuesday and Wednesday in Central Park taking the 72 Street cut in 53 and 50 minutes. Training and not so hot weather is helping us run better and faster.

Last Week 25/10 Run
We ran 3 times with Carlos around Central Park. Monday and Wednesday we did 5 miles and on Friday 6 miles. The weather was quite warm.
During the weekend I traveled to Nashville, TN with Pam as went to visit The Farm, that's one and a half hour away from Nashville.
While in The farm I saw the soccer match between Argentina and Mexico in which we beat them 3-1. It was not a great match. I think Argentina is going to have a hard time beating the German's (The Panzers) next Saturday so can pass into the semi-finals.
