6 miles (10 Km) cloudy morning

We ran 6 miles with Carlos, Silvia (with Sam), Susanita and Miguel around Central Park in 1:05 hrs. With Susanita we keep a good running pace as starting to get seriously in shape for BAM10 next 10/10/10. Breakfast was at the Deli with Howard.

4 miles (6.4 Km) nice morning

We ran 4 miles on Monday and today with Carlos around the Reservoir in Central Park in 34 and 35 minutes. We joined Howard for breakfast in the Deli.

I got my plane tickets for next October 7th so can travel for the BA marathon on 10/10/10.

6 miles (10 Km) nice morning

On Saturday 22nd we ran 6 miles with Carlos and Jennifer around Central Park in 1:07 hrs. Breakfast was at the Deli.

Last Monday 17th we ran with Carlos around the Reservoir in Central Park in 35 minutes. The morning was fine and breakfast was with Howard at L'Ex Cafe.

6 miles (10 Km) nice morning

We ran 6 miles around Central Park accompanying Silvia that ran the Healthy Kidney 10 Km with Carlos, Emily and Jennifer.

4 miles (6.4 Km) nice cool morning

We ran last Tuesday and today with Carlos around the Central Park Reservoir in 34 and 36 minutes. Both mornings were unusually cool for this time of the year but we had a good time chatting and had breakfast in the Deli with Howard and Paulo.

6 miles (10 Km) cloudy & drizzly morning

We ran 6 miles around Central Park in 1:11 hrs with Carlos, Diego, Silvia and Jennifer. Paulo, visiting from BA, was in L'Ex Cafe for breakfast, Susan Muller joined us later.
