4 miles (6.4 Km) cold morning

We ran 4 miles with Carlos around the Reservoir in Central Park in 35 minutes. The morning was unusually warm for this time of the year. Howard was in L'Ex cafe with whom we had a short chat.

The one that's MIA is Professor Garro-n whom I believe will not make it for the BA marathon, his knee injury is unfortunately compromising his future running with the CT.

El que esta perdido en accion es el Profesor Garro-n quien me temo no correra el maraton en BA, ya que su rodilla lastimada no ayuda, comprometiendo su futuro como miembro activo del CT.

We ran 4 miles with Carlos around the Reservoir in Central Park in 36 minutes. The morning was unusually cold, wet and humid. Howard joined us for breakfast @L'Ex Cafe.

6 miles (10 Km) pretty fair morning

We ran 6 miles around Central Park in 1:08 hrs with Carlos, Alex, Silvia and Emily. Susanita joined us for breakfast at the new meeting place: L'Exquisite Cafe.

We ran 6 miles with Carlos, Jennifer and Susanita around Central Park in 1:06 hrs.

After the run we had breakfast in another place on 107th Street and Manhattan Av. since Hakan, the Deli owner, has turned to be a pain. I will go if Sham is alone in the early morning.

Last Thursday 4/15 I forgot to register that we ran 4 miles with Carlos around the Central Park Reservoir in 34 minutes. The morning was fine.

Despues de correr decidimos cambiar de lugar para desayunar a la 107 Street con Manhattan Av. ya que el plomazo de Hakan, el duenio del Deli usual, rompe demasiado los pies. Ire solo por a la maniana temprano cuando esta Sham solo.

El Jueves pasado 15/4 me olvide de registrar que corrimos con Carlos alrededor del Reservoir en Central Park en 34 minutos. La maniana estaba ok.

We ran 4 miles with Carlos around the Reservoir in Central Park in 34 minutes. Stayed in the Deli for breakfast sharing the table with Howard and a Scottish couple visiting NY.

6 miles (10 Km) pretty fair morning

We ran 6 miles with Carlos around Central Park in 1:10 hrs. Amanda joined us for coffee in the Deli. Silvia and Susanita are in France running the Paris Marathon.
Next week we hope to run regularly and covering longer distances.

CT-BA News

Hicimos la corrida de Miguel: 10 km en 1.02.42 estamos muy fuera de estado, pero, de a poco, mejoraremos. Tenemos próximas corridas de 10 ,8, 6 y 21 kms.

Estoy haciendo una suplencia en un colegio de chicos especiales, experiencia única!!!

We ran the 10 km (6 miles) Miguel race in 1.02.42 hrs. We are out of shape, but little by little we'll get better. Our next races will be of 10, 8, 6 and 21 kms.
I'm teaching part time in a school for children with special needs, a unique experience!!!
